Registering for membership on www.onesourceprinting.net gives you access to all the sites information and features. The only information required is your name, e-mail address, country, and ZIP/postal code. With your approval, we occasionally will send e-mail to notify you about important changes to the site, new services, and special offers from us. How we protect your personal information
All personal data you enter on www.onesourceprinting.net is encrypted with secure server software (SSL) that encodes the information before your Web browser software sends it to us. The SSL software decodes the data only after it reaches our server, meaning hackers cant snatch any of your personal information while it is in transit. Once the data reaches our site, the same state-of-the-art security software we use to guard all of our companys essential business data protects your personal data as well. In addition to using the most secure technology available, we work tirelessly to make sure that we use any information you provide us only in ways you have approved. We send you only the e-mail you have approved in your account information or on your e-mail subscription sign-up page.
Claims & Returns
All claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. A complaint report must be filed by calling our Customer Service Department. At this time a return goods authorization number will be issued. This number MUST be on ALL packages being returned. Packages without RGA Numbers will not be accepted. Orders may not be returned without prior authorization of the corporate office. All merchandise that is returned must be in saleable condition unless defective at the time of shipment from our plant to you. No credit will be given for partial packages of stock ledgers or journals, damaged equipment or for any items that have an invoice date over 30 days old. A restocking charge of $5.00 net will be charged on returned stock items unless the product was shipped in error by our plant. All returns must have a factory Return Goods Authorization Number and a copy of the original invoice.
